The Friends of Blackstone Library recently celebrated their annual volunteers in the newly renovated Blackstone Library auditorium and on the beautiful new Cosgrove Terrace. Members and volunteers attending the annual meeting were informed of the successful year they have been so generous in helping, donating over $ 82,000 to enrich library programs for adults and children in our community. Alfred Bertoline, representing the friends, presented a check for $ 20,000 to Karen Jensen, library director, to continue serving the needs of the Blackstone.
