The opening of Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia marks the entry of this luxury Hilton brand into Italy.

The landmark property boasts a prime location overlooking Chia Bay on Sardinia’s picturesque coastline.

An idyllic setting

The 107-room Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia offers a secluded new retreat nestled between the golden shores of Monte Cogoni and the beaches of Dune di Campana. This opening not only marks the hotel brand’s entry into Italy, but also represents the expansion of Conrad’s global portfolio.

Located on the southernmost tip of the island, the resort is surrounded by natural beauty. This natural setting can be seen from every corner of the property.

A reflection of the environment

Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia was designed to bring the outside in and reflect the natural beauty of the area. Studio Marco Piva was inspired by the hotel’s elevated waterfront location, using neutral tones and local, natural materials to combine elegance with Mediterranean simplicity. The lobby references Sardinian culture through details such as wall coverings.

Suitable for both couples and families, the property includes guest rooms divided into two sections based on guest type, as well as amenities such as dedicated swimming pools, private gardens, and two restaurants offering an array of cuisines. La Terrazza serves Mediterranean and international cuisine, while Sa Mesa serves local specialties with a modern twist.

Completing the hotel experience is the inclusion of the Conrad Spa wellness retreat with a rooftop solarium overlooking the entire resort and surrounding landscape from a series of pools.
