GI Partners announces the launch of the GI Real Estate Essential Tech + Science Fund (“ETS Fund”)


SAN FRANCISCO, July 14, 2021 / PRNewswire / – GI Partners, a leading private investment firm, today announced the launch of the GI Real Estate Essential Tech + Science Fund (“ETS Fund” or the “Fund”), which aims to continuously invest in real estate investments to support business-critical functions in the technology and life sciences industries. The ETS Fund will endeavor to acquire data center properties, life sciences facilities and always research and development (“R&D”) facilities in the office and industrial sector.

Founded in 2001, GI Partners has focused on downside safe growth investments in all of its strategies, with a particular focus on technology and healthcare.
