The pinnacle of French gourmet cuisine returns to Las Vegas when the MGM Grand announces the reopening of its restaurants in July by the late legendary chef Joël Robuchon.

The destination of the same name, Joël Robuchon – the only three Michelin-starred restaurant in Las Vegas – will greet guests starting July 1 with a menu that celebrates popular dishes from recent years.

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, the worktop creative workshop, opens its doors on July 15th and experiments with simple ingredients to create new dishes for Robuchon’s restaurants while maintaining its impeccable standards.

Embodying the pursuit of the perfect gourmet experience, Joel Robuchon is reopening with his announced tasting menu – 15 courses of edible masterpieces conceived by Chef Robuchon over his years. Plus, guests will see their favorite moments return at the table, including the cherished cheese, bread, and mignardise carts that completely roam the luxurious Art Deco space.

Menu highlights:
– Le Caviar Imperial – Osetra caviar served on king crab in a crustacean jelly with cauliflower puree.

– La Langoustine – Truffled langoustine ravioli, served with boiled cabbage and foie gras sauce.

– La Rosa – Delicate jelly from Dassai “39” sake with white chocolate rose and orange coulis.

Chef Robuchon’s rebellious concept of challenging the status quo of fine dining will continue its purpose through experimental new dishes that blend accessible ingredients with borderline cooking techniques. Guests can enjoy pre-fixe and a la carte menu options as they dine at L’Atelier’s countertop, wrap themselves around the open kitchen and frame the precision, mastery and artistry of the kitchen team.

Menu highlights:
– Le Saint Pierre – John Dory à la plancha on a “sambol” made of tomatoes, confit lime zest and coriander puree.

– Le Grenouillle – Caramelized frog legs on a creamy spelled risotto.

– La Framboise – white chocolate ball with fresh raspberries and yuzu ice cream.

The opening times of both restaurants are Thursday – Monday from 5.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
