The Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) will be held at Madinat Jumeirah Dubai from 19-21 September and will bring together key players in the hospitality industry to discuss growth in the region

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: LXA, the experts in interior design, hospitality and F&B, will be leading the first day of the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) as part of the Global Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF). LXA has built an impressive reputation as a leading design services agency for hospitality projects in the GCC and internationally.

LXA has been operating in the region for 14 years and during that time has worked with some of the biggest players in the F&B and hospitality industry. Her innate ability to select the right partners for each assignment has made her one of the most trusted and sought-after agencies when it comes to lead consulting, interior design and project management. LXA offers bespoke projects in an accessible and straightforward way that sets it apart from its competition.

Known locally for its association with Jones the Grocer, the agency has also worked with many of the leading names in the hospitality market, from Hilton and Sheraton to Accor and IHG.

With offices in the UK and India and working on projects around the world, LXA is regularly sought after for its international experience when it comes to supporting a design agency or franchise owner looking to bring a new concept to the Middle East. These include stunning work for MNKY House in Riyadh; the Peruvian concept Andina in Dubai; and a soon-to-be-opened South American restaurant at Atlantis, the Palm.

Constantly innovating, LXA is also playing a starring role in partnership with HMSHost and Doha Airport in designing the airport’s Food Village along with 21 F&B outlets to open in time for the FIFA World Cup in November. This work fits well with LXA’s engagement as part of GRIF at FHS, when LXA Director Sarah-Jane Grant will provide valuable insight into trends in the F&B and hospitality industry over the last few years – particularly on the topic culinary goals.

Organized jointly by The Bench and MEED, FHS brings together government leaders, hotel and restaurant investors, owners, developers and operators to discuss hospitality growth in the region. As part of LXA’s participation in this year’s event, Director Sarah-Jane Grant will lead a discussion on the future of food halls with Boxooo International COO and CEXO Peter Bruun on day one at GRIF. They will engage in an in-depth discussion on the future of food villages in the region and the innovative ways that are redefining the traditional food hall.

“It is a great pleasure for me to have the opportunity to speak about something that is really close to my heart at such a globally recognized event. LXA has worked with GRIF since its inception and we are very proud to still be a partner of this great organization. The future of the F&B and hospitality industry looks bright and this event will be an excellent showcase for the talent working tirelessly behind the scenes to continue to innovate and advance the industry as a whole,” said Sarah-Jane Grant, Director of LXA.
