Game day is finally here and despite all the planning, you can never go wrong with tastier appetizers. As I said, Superbowl Sunday is here, and to have the best party you need the best appetizers — and they will when Martha Stewart created them.
on Fab. On Oct. 10, Stewart posted a video of some delicious sliders, captioned “Meatball Sliders for Game Day? Yes, please! Meatballs coated in marinara sauce, smothered in cheese and wrapped in brioche rolls make the perfect party snack. Editor’s Tip: For tender meatballs, mix the ingredients gently and don’t over-tighten the meat.”
While the recipe might seem daunting at first with the long list of ingredients, you can make two dozen in under two hours—even if you’re a beginner!
For the meatballs, you’ll need simple ingredients like ground veal, ground pork, parmesan cheese, eggs, and cloves, to name a few. Well, for the sandwiches themselves, you’ll need some brioche rolls and basil leaves, along with a few other basic ingredients.
The four-step recipe starts with you soaking the bread in milk and finishes with baking until the various cheeses are perfectly melted.
Note that the cooked meatballs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
