Khubani at Andaz Delhi is a new restaurant that aims to take its guests on a culinary journey like no other. The seasoned team at House of Imperfecto continues their culinary and experiential legacy with this new outlet, which is a fusion of global cuisine and Persian culture.
The restaurant serves the finest dishes and blends with touches of culture and ethnicity throughout its quaint two-storey property. Each corner is different and carefully curated by founders Sharad and Naresh Madan. With exquisite chandeliers, tikari Carpets and a magnificent fountain at the entrance, among other things, the restaurant takes you on a royal journey that is second to none.
The menu was created by award-winning chef Sabyasachi Gorai, while their Turkish chef Gokhan brings authenticity to the cuisine. Chef Narendra Singh brings his awards and world experience to the menu, which uses cooking techniques such as sous vide, confit, charcoal and more. The venue’s Asian offerings include sushi rolls, baos, dim sum, and more, while Indian offerings include delicacies like fish fingers, buttered chicken, and dal makhani. Italian cuisine is filled with hand-stretched pizzas, while the Turkish menu features treats like Turkish mezze, adana kebab (traditional smoked charcoal-cooked hand-minced lamb kebab), imam bayildi (charcoal-roasted smoked eggplant flavored with Turkish spices), and more. Chef Ritu Dalmia’s newest venture, MOTODO Pizzeria, has recently opened Bombay‘s Jio World Drive derives its name from three classic Italian ingredients – mozzarella, tomato and dough – the trifecta of any good pizza. The glass walls overlooking the pizza ovens give diners a glimpse of the cooking process, which together with the culinary expertise of chef Dalmia, makes for an experience that teases and teases the taste buds.
Although based on the concept of a pizzeria, the place offers delicious treats that are carefully prepared to offer customers a luxurious dining experience. Dishes on the menu include a beetroot salad, handmade pasta, roasted cauliflower, eggplant parmigiana, a selection of freshly baked pizzas and more. The restaurant is also a delight for vegetarians with its diverse offerings that elevate simple vegetables to fine dining at its finest.

In its tenth year as a brand, Mumbai’s popular dessert joint Love & Cheesecake has opened a branch in Delhi’s Defense Colony to appeal to a whole new audience. The place offers 56 flavors of cheesecake like no other, using fresh, seasonal and sometimes unusual ingredients like goat cheese! In addition, the outlet also produces themed cakes, gift baskets, coffee and pastries according to customer requirements.
The minimalist-chic interior matches the simple and unusual flavors the place offers, including decadent chocolate cakes, confectionery like breads and cookies, snacks like sandwiches, quiches and puffs, and of course, their signature cheesecakes.

Many new, exquisite restaurants have popped up in Goa in recent years and the latest to join the bandwagon is Maai (meaning motherland). The restaurant is housed in an attractive bungalow with a traditional and Portuguese-inspired design.
The dishes are inspired by the travels and conquests of the Portuguese and the ingredients they discovered and brought with them, such as tomatoes, pineapple, cashews, guava, chili, pepper and more. The menu is a delicious mix of small plates and curries that celebrate the flavors of Goa, with dishes like raw banana cutlets, vegan beetroot gallets, the chef’s signature chorizo hummus, spiced mutton and more. The menu can be paired with some of the delicious cocktails on the menu, using ingredients like kokum and cashew feni, as well as a variety of coffee options.

Elaa Goa is a new cafe and bar on the state’s popular Anjuna Beach serving delicious earth-based cuisine. With an earth focus, it goes beyond sustainability and vegan cuisine to include nature. About 70 percent of the menu here is vegan, and the lack of meat is due to the fact that responsibly sourced meat is rarely available — another important factor for the restaurant.
The menu has some delicious offerings with avocados, prawns and even dal and doodlehi – an unusual combination that makes you want to try it at least once.
