This favorite in Lansing’s old town opens a second restaurant

Lansing connoisseurs, rejoice! A favorite of the old town will soon open a second restaurant location.

This was announced by Pablo’s Old Town Mexican Restaurant on their Facebook page.

Pablo’s second location will soon open on Lansings Eastside, at E Michigan Ave 2021, in the same group of buildings as Strange Matter Coffee Co. . But my stomach hopes it’s sooner rather than later!

I am very happy that Pablo’s Restaurant is coming to the East Side. Now it will be within walking distance of so many more people. Pablo’s Old Town Mexican Restaurant is one of the tastiest restaurants in Lansing. You can’t go wrong here with breakfast (all day), lunch or dinner. I mean just check out their breakfast below!

Pablo’s serves up all the favorites you love and expect; Huevos rancheros, tacos, sopes, burritos, quesadillas, tostadas, enchiladas and much more. Not to mention delicious Jarritos to drink (make me a pineapple!).

If you want to try Pablo’s before the second location opens its doors, you can check out the original location in the old town. It’s located at 311 E Cesar E Chavez Ave, just across from The Grid Bar & Arcade. Pablo’s is open seven days a week, Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What else would you like to see in Lansing’s East Side? The Eastside district has changed a lot in the last few years. I am excited to see what the neighborhood can expect next!

Pablo’s is one of the restaurants that MUST feature in the next issue of Diners, Drive-ins and Drives: Lansing. See what other restaurants made the list below!
